so skip tracing to my understanding is just basically tracking down a persons contact information, sites such as truepeoplesearch.com will let you plug a name and a city and state and will give you back phone numbers, relatives and friends of that person. and yes i use truepeoplesearch.com

Second, if she bought 10 years ago, then her property likely doubled in value by now so that will take a lot of sting out of this pain in the butt situation with the tenants.I recommend speaking to your attorney and you should absolutely document every single thing with photos, docs, video, and the tenants own words by email/text.
