I know the history of San Francisco is extremely boom and bust, and working in technology I can tell you everyone is looking for the next gold mine.

You need to have different buckets of funds, Roth IRA, real estate, gold/art, cash, notes, etc etc. otherwise you're vulnerable to fewer changes in law. 

This phenomenon has attracted lots of remote investors, people from all over the country (and the world) are moving to this promised land.I am certain that everyone wants to strike gold with their flip, 25%-30% net after everything has been said and done it is nice and very feasible.

Get all the short term income revenue on your tax returns its gold and no one can question it.
