Am I going to need to hire an architect to design the plans? 

Whether that is deciding on postcard design, buying postcards, buying a mailing list, stuffing letters, mailing letters, taking calls, making calls, etc. if you do something each day towards your goal you're making progress.

Many of the rules are being made up right now and there isn't case law about them-Technology - It's hard to make things work for a reasonable price such that you don't have to charge large fees to feed the machine-Marketing - It takes hard work to attract people to your funding platform-Deals/Real Estate - It is hard to pick great projects without inside information or a lot of deals to select from.  

I know it's attracting a lot of population and the price is really high.

The restrooms in all of the building's units are designed to be exactly the same.

I think the returns look attractive out in Eastern Washington, at least in comparison with the greater Seattle area, and I've spent a lot of time in Spokane (I have close family in Mead.Let's connect the next time I'm there!

Are portfolio loans with lower rates and shorter balloon terms really more attractive then paying a higher interest rate and longer terms...... is the question we have been asking ourselves in our partnerships??
