When evaluating applicants they all get the same rent and treatment, but there are usually enough non-discrimnatory reasons for the rents to be different after that.

Are you in a position that you do not have other applicants.

The property management company I'd be dealing with with this place says they won't talk to the owner of the condo until I submit an application with the 50.00 app. fee.

I downloaded the BP rental application, but I see it says we require no more than 2 people were bedroom.  

I went to the website and printed out the application and mailed it in.Later he sent me a text letting me know that he didnt get my application.

They will need the account numbers anyway (to verify that you are actually the account holder), so you can hide them, but you will have to give it to them on the application.  

Typically I charge one months rent, and will handle applications, credit and reference checks and all showings.  

(or visa-versa with you as the purchaser using a mortgage personally).
