Anyways my question in general or off this example would it make sense for a property to be listed on a commercial home listing website for half a year when it appears to be a pretty good deal?

I'm Crystal new to this website have been listening to brandon and josh on YouTube for the past month while trimming mmj in Denver for my job.

I read on a website and it mentions Real Estate Tax Prorations: In Illinois the seller has to credit the purchaser with a real estate tax credit for their unpaid share of taxes.

I found it on the realtors website and it says it is a bank owned property(REO).
