Your coats are looking "flatter" because your not priming, primer has a specific function and its not just to take your money, it seals the surface and provides grip for the paint, I have seen people put coat after coat of regular paint on because they didnt prime and still didnt look good.

.- it has a drainage ditch running through it so it's not really a build-able site unless one lot on high ground was used and the rest fenced in as a LARGE property.- there is a small MH park on the north side of it where lots are owned not rented and just outside of that is the city limit turning into farm ground.

I've seen some that on the surface (their website) seem very lender friendly with even recommendations regarding certain loan types for strategies yet are non-existent in the BBB, NMLS, or sometimes don't even have recommendations/reviews on any platform I can find.

When we spoke with the inspector he said that there was a major drainage problem [by the smell in the crawl space that makes sense] and that the foundation on the 1930 home had shifted about SIX INCHES.

Consider finding a house with a newer roof and siding especially in Rochester with the harsh winters as those surfaces weather much faster than other areas of the country.
