If I was remote, so I wasn't able to manage the situation on site, our disaster situation would have been far worse and far more stressful.One example we recently had this summer was when we hired a landscaping company to do some work in the back yard of one of our properties. 

I have 1/10th of an acre of yard and a 2 car driveway.

I would get some granite that a yard has as scrap from another kitchen this usually brings down your price per sq.

If you pay big money to live on a golf course, people don't take kindly to a developer putting houses in their back yard.

Look at older communities built in the 90s (especially in Woodbridge, Centreville, and surrounding areas), and you’ll see homes that haven’t had yard work complete or show other notable signs of distress (damaged/dirty siding and what not).

Driving around I spotted a house in a decent neighborhood that had a fat FOR SALE sign in the front yard and a phone number but it's not a broker sign. 

The landscaping in the front yard is purposefully bizarre, with gnarled, twisted trees and a wooden bridge crossing a mystical moat with a ceramic glass bottom.

There are a lot of squirrels in my back yard, that are driving me an my dog crazy.

However, the front yard is actually much larger than the backyard so now that you ask, I wonder if it would actually be more worth it to put on a front porch and/or some kind of architectural feature/overhang over the front door and somehow just cheaply pretty up the backyard concrete slab?

I'm debating whether to build an ADU or a duplex on the back yard.
