How are you communicating with tenants?

IF they are will be late, they need to communicate with us and we will work with them through this difficult time.

Communication skills, not so much.

This a time where we need to communicate about our business to others as well as to the NY legislators. 

I love my dad, I have a crazy amount of respect for him and owe him so much for how much he's taught me about business but I feel like this disconnect is starting to affect our relationship every time we talk about money.Now to bring this full circle:Ever since reading Rich Dad Poor Dad 3 years ago my mindset on money, greater so the idea of financial independence, has dramatically changed my life.

Here's my quick brainstormHow I would find a mentor:1)Attending a local real estate clubs2)Attend real estate investment focused educational classes (not get rich quick road shows)3) Look up and research real estate records, news articles etc. of local real estate investors4) Work for a real estate office/broker/agent who invests or works with investors5) Join & volunteer at social service organizations, charities etc that known investors in the area belong.

Are you a good communicator? 

The whole situation sucks, and I have been communicative to the tenants, no matter what I do they always feel empowered and me without options. 

Also, see if you can tap into some rich family members!

Communication is so important in just about everything, that I thought I should point that out.
