@Dan DiCiaulaI've used my oscillating tool to cut of nailing and other flanges to make stock windows fit, used pressure-treated lumber to modify openings, and me and my Great Stuff foam are very tight.The problem is that you're handing off your property to a C-class tenant who is not going to be gentle on the windows.

I also figured I can do the vinyl myself and nail down wood is no issue for me too but I have no experience gluing wood.Steve Babiak, those links are interesting (and a little scary) but exactly what I want to hear about vinyl flooring.... real life opinions.Matt Overbee, Click together appeals to me most too and I'll have to look further into that.
