Some of the things that Shawn pitched during a live event were that they are "focused on communication" and "technological advances" to "put us ahead of the competition" and so I am disappointed to read about the monies owed/missing at times due to what appears to be incorrect manual accounting mistakes and the lack of communication issues that you had mentioned in your earlier posts.

The broker probably told you to transfer them to a LLC so that the company owns them instead of you, but again this is poor advice because the mortgage show on your credit report regardless and thus will still affect your DTI.Please find another mortgage broker, granted I could be extremely wrong in this case, but as a mortgage broker myself there are some parts missing to this story or very incorrect advice was given.If you are looking to take cash out of your properties then I would 1.)

I see you're in FL and I'm assuming (probably incorrectly since you say 25% interest) the property is also.In FL the tax certificate is sold at auction with a starting bid of 18% which is bid down until no one will take a lower %.
