We really started seeing it take off at 16.It's actually dried up for me. 

With what you're doing, you need experience now to help get this rehab done before it sucks you dry.

As for Pueblo I see it as more of a retirement area with amazing climate, dry heat, easy to get around and a slower pace about itself. 

With climate change etc especially in dry areas like Bakersfield, it is best to install individual metering if you can.
