You likely don't have the systems in place (as identified by your questions) to streamline the process, the trained staff to assist, etc.

We are based out of Providence, and we have a full staff on hand. 

Think I went to a class to discuss the changes to the program 5-6 years ago....I believe Mpls may also have staff dedicated to section 8 advocacy. 

I dont know the laws of your state, but he must be a one man operation because if he has office staff, he should have WC coverage.

All my properties are in a small college town and I only want to advertise to the college and its students/staff.

In my experience, these people and their staff had no hesitation to spending $100's of dollars even with little to no value. 

The villa is over 6000 sf bua, comprising a main villa with staff kitchen, lounge areas, 5 guest suites, outdoor restaurant area, a large veranda overlooking the sea, a pool, and a second villa with staff accommodation and a further 4 guest suites. 

I had a decision to make...analyze a ton of opportunities and start a direct to owner campaign OR invest more with sponsors who have full time staff dedicated to deal flow. 

In California they state you will be taxed no matter where your investments are Worldwide!!!
