It doesen take much for a tire business but a machine which runs for 3k brand new ,an inventory of tires ( you can start small and just re invest the profit to build a large invetory, or get them on consignment) and a buliding which will run about 10k here in detroit and thats paid for!

I doubt it, unless there's a virtual club of some type.The reality is that in most cities it's pretty hard to get enough investors involved in a club to keep it viable.
