Adding an egress window for each bedroom is a better idea.

Once they leave the property completely, go back in and check all the doors and windows are still locked up tight.  

This includes the roof, windows, doors, locks, floors, steps, porches, interior walls, ceilings, foundations, and all other structural parts of the property.

It goes up thru a hole in the floor to a commercial tenants office , and the cord goes to the tenants window AC unit .  

From there you can window shop who your likely lender will be.

Thankfully most of the windows are new and boiler, washer/dryer and some other mechanics are in good shape.

We are putting in taller baseboards and matching casing around doors and windows...and new doors to replace flush ones.
