I'm not an expert in ADA compliance, but my understanding is all new construction must be ADA compliant.

Make sure that you are operating in compliance with your city.

So what was stopping me from pulling the trigger?

When investing with retirement accounts you have to stay in compliance, i.e. not doing transactions with prohibited persons (yourself, your heirs, your parents, the list goes on).

I missed out a few things I could have bought last year that have gone up since, I'm sure that's fueling me here to pull the trigger. 

I am trying to get started and almost ready to pull the trigger myself!

Currently looking into the MHU boot camp in  Pittsburgh in July and I'm about to pull the trigger.

The first property is always the hardest to pull the trigger on!

I feel like it may fall in a sweet spot for something that could be a great initial investment, but I don't have enough background or experience in real estate to know whether or not this deal is worth pulling the trigger on.Let me know what you think about this deal, and whether or not it's something that a newbie investor should jump into as a first property.
