Me and my husband are investing on properties in the Detroit area , I want to know if anyone can share contact information of contractors that can remodel houses, I travel on September 9-10 to Detroit and I need to schedule a visit with a contractor so we can visit the property together and I can get a quote of the job that need to be done.I have try to contact a few contractors but nothing yet.

In the meantime while living here, we fixed a ton of issues, remodeled the bathrooms prior to listing our place last weekend.we accepted a very generous offer that we will come out ahead on.That being said, I know short term capital gains taxes are in play, and I’m wondering how I can reduce these taxes as much as possible (legitimately).
