The Greater Forth Area Real Estate Market is strong right now.

My goal (like many perhaps), is to have a bit of financial freedom while investing and growing a strong rental portfolio.  

It goes without saying that you should be collecting a pretty strong deposit. 

Looking at Craigslist, rents look very strong in this area with similar homes at about $2,000 plus per month.

(A little background on me - I am a Doctor of Philosophy, with a strong emphasis on statistics and data analysis, so know my way around research, data and figures.

I am looking to add 5-10 units in the next year in either central Texas or Mid-Willamette Valley in Oregon.I have a strong analytical background and am looking for a partner who would like to put their capital to work in the most efficient way.

There's nothing wrong with risk if you have the cash reserves to support a few losses, but when you're just starting out, I'd strongly recommend finding a property with less risk.  

I feel that the wholesaling niche would be a great field for me to start in the real estate world due to strong traits that I mentioned earlier.  

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.

Not surprisingly, initial interest has been strong, and we are testing the concept with two 506(c) blind pools, to serve flippers in 2 of those 2 dozen cities.So we need someone that can give us high-quality analysis of the business model, and let us know what it will take to grow from 2 to 2 dozen.
