Social media is so powerful right now.

I asked about finishes at my local hardwood store and they seemed indifferent, listing qualities for both poly and oil.

My thought is they should do a litter Public Relations and get out there in the media and social media where the home owners can see them.  

Aaaand the more I think about it, the only cons are the hit to our pride and having less space to store things.Anyone care to pitch on whether or not I'm thinking about this correctly?

They all attach to the wall with the double sided wall strips from 3M.When we start a reno, we make one room our "tool room" where we store tools and supplies, and make sure we have that room secured with the motion sensor.

Ask about the commission split structure, desk fees, buying and selling for yourself/family, is phone duty required, are there monthly minimums (sales, cold calls, etc), bonus structure, the type of real estate they focus on (investment, retail, high-end, leasing, foreclosures, commercial), how is the in-house training, what kind of on-boarding process, lead disbursement and generation, advertising associated with your franchise, corporate franchise fees, web & social media, and a ton of other items.  

We allowed our contractor to use our store credit card to buy supplies to rehab our house.
