@Srini Malempati, there are many Columbus based realtors here, like @Remington Lyman, that can provide more specific details of North Linden.That being said, I have had many long term tenants in my properties over the years.  

Marketing is key and also leaving some meat on the bone for another investor helps sell it (unless it's fully turn key, which can be attractive for a 1031 exchange specifically). 

For income reasons, you can qualify with a non contingent offer letter (salary position) before you start working.  

The highest bidder was half of my offer.
