Any BP members have experience with Fripp Island, South Carolina ?

I was wondering if there are any members here investing in that area, specifically johns island, sc. my wife and I just bought a house, and she got a great job offer in North Carolina.

I've always enjoyed the southern end of the island, Avon and below, quieter. 

I am currently serving in Okinawa Japan and would like to get together with any other current investors here on the island.

I grew up visiting Hutchinson Island/Stuart area every summer and loved it!  

They will have better relationships established, they will understand the strategy you're utilizing, and will be of more value to you in general.Also, I would check out the Rhode Island area.

Property is in Suffolk County, Long Island.  

We have a couple who utilized this same strategy is now under contract for their second investment property (via FHA) on Long Island.
