Johns island South Carolina
I am an investor in Charleston SC. I was wondering if there are any members here investing in that area, specifically johns island, sc. my wife and I just bought a house, and she got a great job offer in North Carolina. We are hoping to rent our house out, and are trying to decide whether or not to do short term, long term, furnished. Trying to get an idea of what people are getting for rent.
