Here are the raw numbers:- Average price for the area is $131,000-Under contract for $82,500-conventional financing with 20% down, 5.8% APR-Average rent is $1100/monthThe property definitely needs some repairs, but we didn't find any red flags in the inspection report (needs some electrical work, but panel is ok, roof is ok, foundation is ok).

If not (ie two full-time working spouses) your only other option is going into land conservation deals, solar deals, or oil and gas deals - all of which have some risks.Explained in a different way...1) There are ordinary/W2/active income on one side.

Extra caution should be used when making any additions or changes to this wiring.The main electrical panel box appears to be new and recently installed, however it is very loose to the wall where it is attached to deteriorating boards and also has rust on the lugs on old breakers installed inside.

I have never done this, but I know that grapes take like 7 years of growing to create grapes that are good for wine, I also know that if a solar company wanted land, they would want to lease it for like 20 years, so they make money on the investment.
