I joined Bigger Pockets shortly after discovering it, and while I knew a little about real estate before arriving here, I cannot believe how much my real estate acumen has increased just from reading and learning from everyone that engage in the discussion posts.

There are a ton of people on site who never engage publically, but who have done deals with others on site, who are well financed, highly connected, etc.
