The front page of the forums were impossible to navigate prior to the change . . . all that navigation is now on the sidebar and can be found from any forum page.....I'm working on a post with all the features -- coming in a few hours.

Tom, I enjoy going to the occasional financial seminar to hear experts tell people how now is not the time to buy RE.

Personally, I find some of the financial seminars quite amusing especially when they start talking about how bad an investment real estate is.

Unless this feature is already available, I want to suggest that there should be an ability to add a colleague by searching for his/her email address.For example, if you meet other BP members at an REIA and exchange emails.. you should be able to search for them on BP and send a colleague request (similar to facebook).I know there is a feature to invite them: http://www.biggerpockets.com/invites/newBut this is not the same.

And this is true, but not for the reasons people think.When I hear Ron speak, he gives all the information he can possibly cram into an hour and a half webinar or tele-seminar or lecture.

I saw Jeffrey Gitomer in Vegas this year (sales seminar) and he suggests that you buy a waste basket with your company logo on it and spend the extra money, because at least then something with your logo on it might have a better chance at sticking around. :)

I had a vanity e-mail address for a while but found it just didn't have the features hotmail did.

Identify all remaining features of work, and agree to a schedule to get done on an activity by activity basis(date when tile completes, date when paint completes, etc.).

Is that feature specific to this product?
