Hi all,I recently purchased a property from @Antoine Martel (MartelTurnkey) so thought I'd leave a review on what my experience was like: Prior to my purchase, I was waiting to buy real estate through a turnkey provider for quite some time but never felt fully confident with how various providers were operating or with their inventory for me to make the jump.

On the 14th she asked me to give her a 3 day notice to vacate because no organizations were willing to help without it, but I didn't provide one because I had moved her due date to the 18th so she wasn't late yet. 

We hold GC and HIC licenses and provide the most value on large scope projects.

See how that feels... the net is the same (provided you can deduct the interest against the interest income earned, I get it again, but...).

My advice would be to thank them for taking the time to provide the feedback and you'll use the information to improve your property and service for future guests.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

In the lawsuit she was claiming now claiming to be my landlord - and she provided the courts with a blank unsigned rental agreement - another reason it was overturned:  my mother had given me full permission to live in her house rent free for two years after she died.
