Frank Uzzi If I'm not mistaken, SEC guidelines for investors in crowd funded securities (have a net worth $1 M or annual income of $200k) are probably going to prohibit this particular individual as well as the majority of Americans from participating.Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that is what my research is telling me.

If you do single her out like this, and she can prove that your intent was to purposefully get rid of her and her ESA (this thread certainly helps her case if she comes across it), then you're partaking in the exact discrimination that the ADA prohibits, and you're looking at a potential lawsuit.The way I see it, younger generations (millennials and gen Z) are very attached to their animals and treat them more as family that past generations have, and landlords and owners are smart to begin to come up with ways to allow animals, and even monetize.
