I haven’t syndicated yet but I’ve gone through the process as a limited partner and as the principle but the deal fell through.Wow 2 years have gone by and I learned so much since this post. 

She walked the property for me the next day to see if anything surprising or not shown in the pictures was there but didn't notice anything and I put in an offer in that day sight unseen! 

Do not buy sight unseen as they dont do much to deter vandalism etc.

It is crazy to think and unfortunately has me questioning why I'd ever put an extra dime towards principle pay down.

I realize getting the money may not happen but I want to make her squirm on principle.

I’m thinking on asking for a smaller down payment or ask for principle or interest only payments to make the current numbers cash flow.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you are concerned about their number you will lose sight of the right number.
