As a seller, you want to have interest publicly queued-up to add pressure to the prime buyer to perform and close.

Do NOT rely on the calendar of a particular listing to gauge occupancy.

But my approach is based off of informational sales/vs pressure. 

I'm totally fine with this because I was under pressure due to seeing the deal late and I rather make decisions under no pressure.

The Realtor could also give you a market snapshot showing you how much homes are selling for in that local market so you can gauge if the homes are selling below, at or above market and if above, by what percentage.  

It does not have a value except to possibly gauge the motivation of the seller.

We didn't go line by line of their expenses (this was just the initial phone call, to gauge their professionalism and knowledge) but it was fairly inclusive.  

During warm seasons, AC window units are used for all units.Water Plumbing = There seems to be weak water pressure particularly in the attic floor when multiple drivers (toilet, shower, sink) are used at once.

we don't do this on our new construction.. you want THEM pressuring their lender to get it done while they are in a motel.. that's what residence inns are for.in rare instances I have given them possession of the garage.. but that is like on a sat and the close is on Monday.. its a frequent request we get.. and as other stated no way they are getting in our brand new construction home before they own it.
