Seller Put Property Back On Market
I'm under contract on a property in Illinois and we are under attorney review. We are tying to close the deal and they just reactivated the listing on the MLS. There were no disagreements, so I'm wondering what my recourse could be since now they are on default of our contract.
Thanks!

Dee,
It doesn't matter if he's flipping it or buying it. It doesn't matter if they think he's a real buyer or not. Feelings have no place in contracts! Based on the information he provided, they're in default.
