Until a rate is locked, the interest rate and associated points can change.You can also see if there is a lender credit listed in section J for whatever interest rate they are quoting you.Rates and points can change on a daily basis, so to be honest it is going to be hard to truly compare unless you got the loan estimates on the same day.
