Almost daily I get listings from an agent based on a criteria, SFR, certain SF, highest/lowest price, # Bd/Ba.

Until a rate is locked, the interest rate and associated points can change.You can also see if there is a lender credit listed in section J for whatever interest rate they are quoting you.Rates and points can change on a daily basis, so to be honest it is going to be hard to truly compare unless you got the loan estimates on the same day.

I’ve been reading a ton and have begun analyzing deals on a daily basis.

You pay the buyer a daily rate (plus sec. dep.) to stay in the house for an agreed upon time.

I know my property manager has burnout daily as she wears many hats, but at the end of the day she enjoys dealing and helping out our potential/existing tenants and other individuals that we transact with in our business.
