There are a lot of military tenants and the school ratings are very important to those parents, especially when they are moving their kids every couple of years.  

At age 29 I found myself supporting a wife, an ex wife (child support) and 2 kids on food stamps and working for minimum wage.

In my area, kids used to sign leases in September for the following year, they have recently changed and only allow you to sign 9 months in advance.

Maybe the building is not secured, allowing kids and homeless folks access?

Has been vacant a majority of the time and since the kids (including me) grew up, we never really went there for vacation anymore.

 - then you have to go chase 1st week on market deals that are move-in ready with the rest of the retail folks who want a place for them and their kids!!

I'd like to pick up either one of these lots to be able to expand what we want to do with the house.Both owners live in other states, and through many online searching found they're age 63 & older, with kids that now have families of their own too. 

Life has been hectic with three young kids at home.
