As the title suggests, has anyone ever had luck in tapping into a network of potential investors/friends & family money for their first investment property? 

Can money be exchanged to bind for a set price on that contract?

I purchased this property with hard money lending to close the transaction 2 weeks back.

The property is just a hassle (and some years it's an alligator), and I'd like to get it off my hands and put the money elsewhere.

I’ve been at this a Long time, and almost all these people bragging on how they made money anticipating the last crash (or boom) get the next one COMPLETELY WRONG.

This way you handpick the photographers with great portfolios and save time and money as not every good photographer will answer to your add.If you still want to have some ppl coming to you, I would suggest to do the FB marketplace post of a job and run the ads for it on FB and instagram, but you need a good visual which you can create in canva.com.
