At the end of the day, it's just another job if you're not building assets.I'm looking to use real estate to build assets/wealth while using higher STR rental income to pay off those assets.

The market is good in Pinal County; the job growth has been solid, with companies like Lucid and others growing in the area.I am happy to consult with you regarding neighborhoods that are renting well in those areas.

It is just a job with income to the underwriter.

Different colors for each product.As previous mentioned, mold is everywhere (please come look at my bath tub for a nice growth currently...it's mildew).  

We like to say "thats why those people will likely never have anything nice in life"  

We had to get into the house quick and now, we don't like it and want to get another house.My thoughts are we should downsize a bit, maybe even get a new construction in a nice neighborhood for closer to $2500 a month.
