Can anyone give me some ideas on how to find cash buyers in my market? 

I was able to get a good deal on the house I was interested in due to this fact but it’s a half done flip/reno so there’s a lot of work halfway started throughout the house. 2 areas in particular I’m unsure of what to do with is the walls and attic, any suggestions or ideas of how you would be finish would be greatly appreciated (adding links to specific products are a bonus lol)!

I don't even drink the stuff and have no idea what a French press does, but I hear some prefer that method and for this price, I'm willing to experiment with adding this amenity. 

Exception would be that I'll consider selling and using proceeds for BRRRR (and currently this is the best idea I have).Ideally I'm looking for minimal cost to me.

Any ideas on creative financing?

I love the idea of adding a touch of luxury to make it feel like a high-end haven, like a fancy Jacuzzi bath, just to name one.

Start talking with lenders now because they can give you an idea of what you can afford.

ADU, parking, common area - good idea, Garden and solar, not so much.  

If Tampa isn’t a good idea, please feel free to recommend areas in Florida.
