Not to say we'll have that identically, but usually before something bursts there's a heavy run up. 

The flip isn't always as fast but it's a very sustainable model with excellent margins.As for the "Where", just focus on a place with solid market dynamics where you have a tangible competitive advantage.

If you did, why would the PMC want to be responsible for their employment, possible unemployment claims, etc.?

He’s very timely with responses and worked well amongst the team.

Even after fines and penalties are issued, they refuse to accept responsibility and want to charge additional fees to correct their own errors.

He is a solid person and we are going to start working some deals together.
