Two quick tips.1. if you want to address someone so they know did. type @ follow by there name (lie I did with your name). 

There is definitely opportunity up here in Baltimore but be careful of some of the "deals" that are being marketed - many of them are in neighborhoods that are not in demand.  

However, the auction closing company really took care of all of it - except for the Certificate of Occupancy that she got for me.Its time to sell the unit now.

Even a nice city like Corona has the Home Gardens are, which is a lot like SB, in it.I would not cross SB off, I would just be very careful when considering a property there to see if it fits your requirements as a whole.
