Many counties have these public records available online now, which makes the search much more convenient (I didn't see an online search for your county, but it may be available somewhere). 

Places like Tobin Hill, Beacon Hill, Woodlawn Terrace, Alta Vista, Lavaca and similar Neighborhoods are extremely BEAUTIFUL and provide the convenience of a short drive to Downtown.

Why should you as the landlord take a loss at the tenants convenience.
