Hi Andrew - not to sound too sappy, but I believe this is the way things work - when you're putting in the footwork, the universe will conspire to help you (pretty sure I read that somewhere).You're on the right track - a MOU or LOI (Letter of Intent) is definitely helpful to wave around when you're looking for financing.
