I checked with my lender and they confirmed that both new builds will be closed as primary with 7-8 months apart (with letter to underwriters as this is genuine case).

Within the hopes that sometime in the future I will be able to come back and negotiate bigger deals and have amazing updates and help inspire others who are in the same position. with many sleepless nights and a ton of researching nonstop  I found a great lender and am deciding to go the 203k FHA route with using my CHFA approval with 3.5% down and will stay during a slight rehab between 6-12 months then refi to conventional 🥰🙏
