I'm a full-time agent by happenstance because I got my license to aid my investment business in order to view my own properties and utilize the MLS for data mainly.Fast forward two years I'm crushing it as a full-time agent as I decided my 9-5 job sucked and I love the freedom I now have been able to obtain through the new occupation.  

I FOIA (Freedom of Information Requests) every property with the government agency(s) to gather data. 

And it is that cashflow that is the lifeline to freedom and gives you the ability to go after what you really want.

The key is to create recurring cash flow to get you some freedom.  

It's nice to see fellow millennials who have a sense of delayed gratification and strive for financial freedom!

Freedom is never free and We all owe more than we can know or repay to those brave individuals (past/present) for what they have and do sacrifice.  

Just trying to hit financial freedom right now is all.

Once we move I want to purchase a house to rent out, so I can build my profile and gain financial freedom.

Here is my story just to show you that "anybody can do it":- Read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad in April 2016, decided to look into real estate as a means of earning financial freedom.- Found Bigger Pockets, immersed myself in the forums, podcasts, etc for the next 6 months.
