But if you don’t know how to cook, and I mean how to cook better than the customers and consistently make excellent food that makes people rave to their friends, the restaurant will fail, as the majority of them do.  

In exchange for free rent/utilities/internet/streaming services, they would buy food, cook and help me take care of my dogs.

So hand out food, sign up at the local fire station as fire police or help the Elks club.- Visit new places all the time just to look around, get into a conversation.- Find your own contractors/mortgage people/attorneys/Insurance person.

Why are salads 3x fast food in a restaurant even in fast casual like panera, When lettuce etc can be grown in shipping containers near cities .

I do not agree with that as the garbage disposal was not used for anything else but small bits of food and never in large quantities. 

I would also include a list of forbidden items like flammables, firearms, food, etc.

Her cost of living has very gradually increased (HOA fees increasing, cost of food, medical bills, etc.)
