The payment appeared to be in processing, but after 4-5 days it was declined.

We purchased the home on 6/14/2022 for $236,000 and sold it the same day for $280,000.

In the event that a payment is missed (30 days late for example), the performance deed would automatically return the house to the seller.

Is a broker's license the same as a broker associate/affiliate?
