Hello BP community,I am extremely new to the real estate investing world, however am reading the BP forums and listening to the amazing podcasts.I am curious if anyone can guide me inthe right direction.

I'm going to purchase the rehab cost guide this week but BP has already been extremely helpful.

Luckily I have good credit due to being extremely responsible with my bills, credit card payments, student loan payments, car payments etc.  

That's extremely time consuming and unscaleableB.

Given this review system, it would be extremely detrimental to the guest in the future if they refused to leave by the designated check-out time, although I have never heard of such a thing occurring.

If the state pulled your license, I would suggest being extremely cooperative.

While some mistakes in this business can be extremely costly, in my limited personal experience Real Estate can also be very forgiving of mistakes, especially in the long run.Read, make friends, and listen to the Podcasts!

Don't be afraid to contact people you find on here, every DFW investor I've talked to from this site has been extremely nice and helpful!
