We have third party property managers that do an excellent job for us.

They haven't selected our route, but we wish to be proactive to discourage our route.

I would say this is an excellent percentage.

That's an excellent point and one that I will incorporate.

We didn't hire a PM just to gain the experience as a landlord, funny enough the tenant who we selected is a property manager (really great tenant so far).

A select few efficient households live the same lifestyle as the 100k people by spending half more efficiently.
