Every 4 weeks the facilitator (this position rotates among the group) sends email asking for goals to be submitted by a certain date.

When I emailed her to ask, she just sent me a doc that covers agency relationships.

Then I imagine the holders will try & sell the back-stock.

I sent her an e-mail saying that it was not a defect, was user caused and asked her what she thought a fair resolution would be.
