Update- Court papers were served, I installed security camera's (something I had wanted to do for quite some time but now this pushed me over the edge), and knocked on the troubled tenants door to set up some time for new prospective tenants.I video taped the whole thing on my phone but she took a few minutes to get to the door and I felt I was being filmed and I will tell you why.

Walking the property can be done virtually via face time video etc.  

(or in my case, the reverse; the defendant long vacated but left the dwelling to unnamed squatter 'Does')the UD filed does (pardon pun!) 

I took a video as well so there was no doubt about who "broke in". 

They have free videos online to view and at least you will learn the process.
