Let's be honest: most of these stuff are needed in every household and I am pretty sure that some of my cleaners occasionally used some items purchased for the properties (I used to have a 3be/2ba house to consume 12 rolls of paper towels within 5 days).

@Deepak Arora I would typically say MFHs should have a lower price/SF than SFH because of the economies of scale (they are more densely packed than SFHs).

For a lot of those repairs you can get American home shield and they cover all the CAPEX stuff for 38-50 per month.

I"m not in a place where not buying something for the next year is going to put me behind in life, but with interest rates low, inflation coming, and the shortage of houses for the near future, I feel like I'm going to miss out on stuff.
