In my neighborhood which borders Meadowood Mission Viejo subdivision there is still bargains to be found in about the 300K price range.I have a friend who lives in the pheasant run subdivision and little ranches are selling for about 280 right now, that subdivision lies within the Cherry Creek School District.

But what if you're doing business out of state but INC in Delaware, and you have multiple investors, up to 100 or so?
