What should I do first

Hi, I would really like to know more about real estate investing, but I really don't know anything at all, on how should I start. But I'm really willing to learn because I also want to achieve financial freedom. What is the best way to know more about this? Books? Podcasts? Any suggestions? I'm 22 years old and I wonder if it is possible for me to be involved in this? I need your guidance. Thank you!
