Hey Alfredo,First off, I am not a CPA nor attorney and I would suggest you speak to one.There are people who use different entities and prefer one over the other.

You would probably be best served to speak to a CPA about your specific circumstance.

As a new investor and not a solid network (despite having Real Estate Agent representatives in each city) the deals are not just there at the moment.

I may change my limits as my financing network grows, but for now I'm focused on a conventional mortgage for the first deal.

I suggest you find local meetup groups via meetup site and look for some here on BP under Network/Events.

We are planning on sitting down with my lawyer and also my CPA to come up with a plan but several of these questions I will be copying and taking to him so we can come to an agreement.
